The post-war period entails profound psychological, social, and identity-related challenges for affected societies, with the family—as the most fundamental social institution—bearing the greatest impact. In this context, women, in their roles as wives, mothers, and educators of the new generation, hold a special position in healing damages and rebuilding human capital. The present study, employing a descriptive-analytical approach and drawing on exegetical and narrative sources, seeks to elucidate the educational role of women in the post-war era based on Quranic teachings. The findings indicate that the Holy Quran presents women as a central and active element in the process of faith-based, emotional, and moral education within the family, and emphasizes their role in establishing tranquility (sakinah), mercy (rahmah), and affection (mawaddah) within the family environment (cf. al-Rum: 21). Furthermore, the verses concerning patience, jihad, benevolence, forgiveness, and the reconstruction of social bonds provide a normative framework for women's roles in the psychological and moral rehabilitation of post-war society. Accordingly, designing educational models and social policies in the post-war period necessitates serious attention to women's educational capacities in light of Quranic teachings.
