The important position of the Islamic Resistance Front in facing the growing threats of the domination system against the Islamic world makes it necessary to explain its religious foundations scientifically. Considering the very fundamental role of women in social system developments, the main problem of the research is that; How do Quranic verses and concepts explain the role and spiritual and educational position of women in the Islamic Resistance Front, and what effect does this role-playing have on the strengthening and expansion of the Islamic Resistance Front? The research method is descriptive-analytical and using library resources with an applied nature. The findings show that monotheism and belief in God, the divine nature of man, moral values ​​and religious rulings constitute the identity components of the Islamic Resistance Front and the strategy, principles and foundations of the Islamic Resistance Front are related to numerous verses of the Quran. According to the verses of the Quran, women also have extensive responsibilities in accordance with their physical and mental characteristics, just like men, in the field of endurance and stability in fulfilling God's orders; In the family, by breeding, giving identity to the children, peace and help of the resistance men, and at the community level as an active social force, political participation, maintaining and promoting the values ​​of the resistance, and setting examples of the Qur'anic verses, they help to continue, reproduce the culture of resistance and improve the educational and spiritual dimensions of this front.
